For me I thought it had too many nuts which over took the taste of the fudge.

Taste (with walnuts) was very much as I remember as a child. Consistency was not like my aunt's. She allowed hers to become more 'dry' to allow it to be a 'drop' type candy.

Very good although it shouldn't taste like marshmallow. Change it back to original recipe, then it will be excellent
